David started his working life at United Glass when they opened the first UK bottle bank recycling point in 1977 - an early sustainability initiative, culminating his 'corporate life' as a divisional Director in Accor, one of the World's largest hospitality businesses. He has subsequently successfully launched a range of new products and services appealing to corporate and institutional clients spanning executive search, venture capital and Board consulting.

In terms of the built environment, especially commercial property, Justin has let it, sold it, acquired it, bought it, designed it, planned it, developed it and refurbished it.

All since 1980 where he started his career in the City of London for then Chartered Surveyors, Michael Kalmar and Company. Justin has designed and fitted out offices, shops and restaurants as well as rationalising, altering and refurbishing space whilst the clients are in situ. His experience gives him both practical and technical knowledge of the systems of buildings and needs of occupants.

With a qualification from the Energy Institute, Michael is experienced in energy auditing, metering, regulations and standards. Sue is an internationally renowned architect and has held Board appointments at 3D Design, BDGMColl (part of WPP) and Douglas Wallace Designers and Architects. She has worked with clients internationally in the retail and hospitality sectors and was an early evangelist for sustainability and occupant well-being in commercial buildings. Sue believes passionately in creating beautiful places for guests and customers to enjoy and for staff to work, that are also commercially effective.

Simon has over 35 years experience in supply to all areas of the Hospitality Industry, from Bistros to Premier League Stadiums. Many of those years were spent working for a well known Global brand supplier with full EMAS accreditation. As a result Simon has worked with some of the World’s most notable hospitality brands; including Hilton, Rezidor and Carnival Cruises, as well as many Michelin rated restaurants. More recently this has been extended to the care and senior living sector. The result is expertise in finding innovative business solutions at all levels from SME to PLC, employing a consultative approach to ensure the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders.

A qualified engineer, Michael has enjoyed a distinguished career in the waste management sector. He was CEO of Weiss of Denmark which designs, builds and operates large-scale projects within the renewable energy sector and Managing Director and Chairperson of two subsidiaries within the Kingspan Environmental & Renewables business, a pioneering insulation and building envelope technology business with a focus on energy conservation. Prior to that he was Chair of Team National Ltd, a B2B service provider within the HVAC and solar installations sector. Before that he was Managing Director of Cleanaway Waste Disposal Services working with local authorities as well as C&I waste streams. He has consulted on outsourced services to local authorities (councils) as well as commercial waste solutions for larger corporates such as BASF, Syngenta, Bayer and Glaxo.
